Data Processing Addendum
This Data Processing Addendum describes how Quantum AI Limited processes customer data on behalf of account holders who use OrderOS.
Roles of the parties
The account holder decides what business or customer data is entered into the platform and remains responsible for having a lawful basis to use that data. Quantum AI Limited acts as the service provider or processor for the limited purpose of delivering the platform.
Nature and purpose of processing
- hosting, storing, and organizing business and customer records within the service
- authenticating users and loading the correct workspace data
- processing orders, payment evidence, receipts, and related operational records
- providing support, abuse prevention, and security monitoring
Categories of data
- account and workspace details
- customer contact information and order records uploaded by account holders
- payment references, receipts, uploaded files, and delivery details
- support, audit, and security activity logs
Subprocessors and infrastructure providers
We rely on infrastructure and software providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, file handling, messaging-related operations, and security monitoring. These providers receive only the information needed to perform their function for the service.
Security measures
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service, including authenticated access controls, least-privilege operational access, logging, and security monitoring for platform integrity.
Data subject and deletion requests
Where an account holder needs assistance with access, correction, deletion, or scoped data review, support requests can be submitted through the support page. Signed-in users should still use the in-app deletion tools first when those meet the request.
