OS Order Manager is a seller-operations product by OgbodoSolution. It helps merchants turn WhatsApp conversations into structured operational records such as draft orders, confirmed orders, receipts, payment evidence links, and fulfillment updates.
Information we process
- merchant account information and business configuration settings
- customer communication data received from merchant-linked WhatsApp Business accounts
- draft orders, confirmed orders, delivery details, payment hints, and uploaded media
- service logs, security logs, and operational metrics needed to operate the platform safely
Why we process it
- to receive, verify, and process merchant-linked WhatsApp webhook events
- to create seller-facing draft orders and operational summaries
- to support transcription, translation, extraction, and related automation when enabled
- to maintain platform security, reliability, troubleshooting, and support
Data from the WhatsApp Business Platform
If a merchant connects a WhatsApp Business account to OS Order Manager, we may process WhatsApp message content, phone numbers, media attachments, captions, voice-note transcripts, and related conversation metadata solely for the purpose of providing merchant order-management and workflow services. This data is processed only for the benefit of the connected merchant account and in support of the merchant’s own customer operations.
Service providers
OgbodoSolution may use third-party hosting, database, storage, and AI-processing providers to operate the platform. These providers only receive the data required to perform their service function on our behalf.
Storage and security
Service data is stored on secured cloud infrastructure and protected using reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the platform and the data being processed.
Retention
Data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for merchant operations, platform support, fraud prevention, security, or applicable compliance obligations.
