Delete account

If you can sign in, use Settings and choose Delete account first. Use direct message only when access is blocked or the workspace is shared.

Can’t sign in

Try password reset first. If the account email or sign-in flow is blocked, send a direct message with the account email you expect to use.

Order or billing issue

Have the order number, billing reference, customer phone, and the affected step ready before you contact support.

Privacy review
