Data Deletion Instructions

To request deletion of account-related data or merchant-managed records, send an email to ogbodosolution@gmail.com and include the following:
- merchant or account name
- email address associated with the account
- a clear statement requesting deletion of the relevant data
Eligible requests may include account-related data, merchant-managed order data, associated customer records, and WhatsApp message data processed through the connected merchant account, subject to applicable legal, security, fraud, or audit-retention requirements.
Verification
We may request additional information to verify the requester’s authority before deletion so that merchant or customer data is not removed by an unauthorized party.
Deletion process
- verify the requester’s authority
- identify the affected merchant account and relevant data sets
- delete or anonymize eligible records, subject to legal, security, or fraud-retention obligations
Certain audit or security logs may be retained temporarily where necessary for fraud prevention, dispute handling, security, or compliance obligations.
After successful verification, eligible deletion requests are normally processed within 7 business days.
