Data Deletion Instructions

If you can still sign in, the preferred path is to open Settings and use Delete account. That flow is designed for direct self-service deletion of eligible account and workspace data.

What the self-service flow can remove

  • the signed-in user account tied to the workspace
  • business records linked to a single-owner workspace
  • drafts, orders, customer records, receipts, uploaded files, and related operational data for that workspace

When human review is still required

  • the workspace has other active users or staff members
  • the requester cannot sign in to the account
  • the request is limited to a specific record set rather than full account closure
  • additional verification is needed to confirm authority

How to request review when self-service is unavailable

Use the support page and send a direct message stating that you need a deletion review. Include the account email, business name, and the exact scope of the deletion request.

Retention exceptions

We may retain limited records when required for fraud prevention, security, dispute handling, or legal compliance. Where that applies, the retained data is limited to what is reasonably necessary for those obligations.

Deletion flow

Signed-in users should use the in-app delete-account flow first. Shared or inaccessible accounts can use the support page for human review.
