OS Order Manager is a seller-operations product by OgbodoSolution for businesses that use WhatsApp as a customer communication channel. By using the service, merchants agree to use it lawfully and only for business activities they are authorized to manage.

Merchant responsibilities

• connect only WhatsApp Business assets they control or are authorized to operate
• review draft orders, extraction outputs, and automation suggestions before relying on them
• maintain compliance with local laws when processing customer information
• use the service only for legitimate business activity
• comply with any applicable WhatsApp Business Platform requirements when using connected business assets

Service nature

Transcription, extraction, translation, and draft-generation features are assistive tools. Merchants remain responsible for verifying the accuracy of operational records before confirming an order, sharing receipts, or taking fulfillment action.

Availability and changes

The service may evolve over time as product features are improved, secured, or refined. We may update platform behavior, integrations, or legal documentation as necessary.
