These Terms govern the use of OrderOS by businesses and authorized account holders. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully, for legitimate business purposes, and only with information, records, and assets you control or are authorized to manage.
User responsibilities
- use accurate account information and keep access credentials secure
- use only business information, contact details, and customer records you are authorized to manage
- review orders, totals, customer details, and other outputs before treating them as final
- keep final responsibility for prices, delivery commitments, receipts, and customer-facing messages
- comply with local laws and platform rules that apply to your communications and records
Assistive nature of the product
The service may help organize information and records, but it does not replace user judgment. You remain responsible for pricing, customer commitments, fulfillment decisions, and what is ultimately sent or confirmed.
Acceptable use
- do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized activity
- do not attempt to access another user’s account or data
- do not use the platform to violate messaging, privacy, or consumer-protection rules
Availability and changes
Quantum AI Limited may change, improve, secure, suspend, or retire features when reasonably necessary. We may also update these Terms as the product and operational requirements evolve.
Suspension or termination
We may restrict or suspend access if we reasonably believe the service is being used unlawfully, insecurely, or in a way that puts other users, customers, or the platform at risk.
